Store Safety: Employees must follow safety procedures during daily operations, stock handling, and customer interactions.

Emergency Reporting: Any accidents, safety concerns, or security issues must be reported immediately to management.

Inventory Management Policy

Stock Control: All perfume stock, fragrance oils, refill materials, packaging supplies, and retail products must be handled with care and accuracy.

Regular Monitoring: Inventory checks must be conducted regularly to prevent shortages, overstocking, or discrepancies.

Damage Reporting: Damaged, missing, or incorrect stock must be reported immediately to management.

Responsible Handling: Unauthorized use, misuse, or removal of company stock is strictly prohibited.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Unopened Items: Returns are accepted if the product remains unopened and the original cellophane wrapper is intact, usually within a 7-day return window.

Opened Items: Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, customers are entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

Timeframes: Return and exchange requests are generally accepted within 7 to 15 days, depending on the product and purchase conditions.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, promotional products, and selected discounted products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
